Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 27, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Total Facility Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of M+W Americas,
Inc., Plano, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,605) which expires
on July 28, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
