Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 20, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Kalmar Rough Terrain Center, LLC, a subsidiary of Cargotec,
including workers whose wages are reported under Southwest
Business Corporation (SWBC), Cibolo, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,066) which expires
on September 8, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
