Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 12, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc., currently known as Nokia of America
Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nokia, including on-site
leased workers from Tekmark Global Solutions LLC, Naperville,
Illinois. The petitioning workers' firm location was corrected
from Murray Hill, New Jersey to Naperville, Illinois. This
information was verified by the petitioner, the dislocated worker
on whose behalf the petition was filed on behalf of, and the
workers' firm.







The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,023) which expires
on December 16, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
