Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 11, 2017, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of NSi Industries LLC, including on-site leased workers from
Adecco, Direct Staffing Solutions, and Career Connections, Mount
Vernon, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,740) which expires
on June 19, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
