Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 4, 2017 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Plews, Inc., a subsidiary of Basil Tree LLC, including on-Site
leased workers from Manpower, Dixon, Illinois. The workers were
previously eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under
TA-W-85,827.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an existing
certification (TA-W-92,894). Further investigation in this case
would duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore, the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
