an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 2, 2017 by the International Union, United Automobile,
Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, UAW,
Local Union 155, on behalf of workers of Faurecia, 42555 Merrill
Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,589B; expires on
February 6, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
