Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by a
union representative on October 2, 2017 on behalf of workers of
Faurecia Automotive, Fraser, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,589A) which
expires on February 6, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
