Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 26, 2017, by three workers on behalf of workers of
Convergys Customer Management Group, Directv Customer Service
Support Division and AT&T Retention/Loyalty Department, a
subsidiary of Convergys Corporation, Tamarac, Florida.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,403) which expires
on December 13, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
