an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 21, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Opusing, LLC, Bloomfield, Connecticut.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-90,082) which expires
on March 10, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
