Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on September 21, 2017 by three workers on behalf
of workers of Industrial Tube Company LLC a subsidiary of ITT
Aerospace Controls LLC, including on-site leased workers from
Adecco, Chipton Ross, Ronin Staffing, Skillset, Tristaff,
Engineering Technical Group, and Supplier Management Solutions,
Perris, California.








The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-92,842) filed on April 26, 2017 that is the
subject of an ongoing investigation for which a determination
has not yet been issued. Further investigation in this case
would duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
