Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 11, 2017 by the American Job Center on behalf of workers
of "leased workers from MergeIT LLC working at Siemens" in Olean,
New York. MergeIT LLC is a Florida company with employees
working on-site at various client facilities; consequently, the
worker group consists of MergeIT LLC workers and not the Siemens
workers, as indicated by the petition.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,796) which expires
on November 30, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
