Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 30, 2017, by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of workers
of M+W US, Inc., Plano, Texas. The workers are engaged in
activities related to the supply of semiconductor engineering and
construction. The worker group is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-92,605; expires on July 28, 2019).
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
