an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 17, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Apex Systems, LLC, working on-site at Travelport, LP, Kansas
City, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,692) which expires
on April 28, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
