Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 14, 2017 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of NORPAC Foods, Inc., Plant 7, Salem, Oregon (TA-W-93,073);
NORPAC Foods, Inc., Stayton Plant, including on-site leased
workers from BDI Staffing, Stayton, Oregon (TA-W-93,073A), and
NORPAC Foods, Inc., Brooks Plant, Salem, Oregon (TA-93,073B).

The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-93,058) filed on August 4, 2017, that is the subject
of an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet
been issued. Further investigation in this case would duplicate
efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under
this petition has been terminated.
