Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 7, 2017, by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of workers of
Commemorative Brands Inc., Austin, Texas. The workers are engaged
in activates related to production of jewelry manufacturing
(college and high school rings).
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
93,007) which expires on August 1, 2019. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
