Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 4, 2017 by a state workforce official on behalf of workers
of Buckshot Corp., working on-site at Diodes FabTech Inc., a
subsidiary of Diodes Incorporated, Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,845) which expires
on May 25, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
