Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 21, 2017 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of tronc, Inc., formerly Tribune Publishing, Lewisville, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,625A) which
expires on June 8, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
