Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 21, 2017 by three workers on behalf of workers of Experis-NA,
Inc., Outsourced Managed Solutions, HP Research and Development
Division, a subsidiary of Manpowergroup, Inc., Boise, Idaho.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,293D), which will
expire December 15, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
