Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 22, 2017 by three workers on behalf of workers of Cadmus
Journal Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Cenveo, Inc., Lancaster,
Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-86,029) which expires
on August 21, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
