Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 22, 2017, by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of General Electric Power Conversion US, Inc., including on-site
leased workers from Yoh Services, Sunrise Systems, Inc., Noramtec
Consultants, and Horizontal Integration, Inc., Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,189) which expires
on October 21, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
