Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 15, 2017 by company official on behalf of workers of Mersen
USA Newburyport-MA, LLC, Mersen USA BN Corporation, including on-
site leased workers from Resource MFG, El Paso, Texas. The petition
requested that the certification of TA-W-92,563 be amended ("This
is an amendment to include workers from Resource MFG whose wages
are paid under Staffing Solutions of Central Texas").
The certification of TA-W-92,563 correctly excludes workers of
Staffing Solutions of Central Texas and correctly includes workers
of Resource MFG. Employees of Resource MFG, regardless of which
entity pays their wages, are eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance under TA-W-92,563. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
