Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 12, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Nielsen, a subsidiary of A.C. Nielsen Company, LLC, Fond du Lac,
Wisconsin.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,805A) which
expires on May 19, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
