Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 26, 2017 by the State Workforce office on behalf of workers of
Breg, Inc., including workers whose wages are reported under
Bledsoe Brace Systems, Plano, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-90,278) which expires
on December 13, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
