Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on May 23, 2017 by a state workforce office on
behalf of the workers of FCR/First Call Resolution, Roseburg,
Oregon, (TA-W-92,907); FCR/First Call Resolution, Grants Pass,
Oregon (TA-W-92,907A); FCR/First Call Resolution, Coos Bay,
Oregon, (TA-W-92,907B), FCR/First Call Resolution, Veneta,
Oregon (TA-W-92,907C), and FCR/First Call Resolution, Eugene,
Oregon (TA-W-92,907D) are the subject of this investigation.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,471) which
expires on March 1, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
