Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 22, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Seagate Technology, Bloomington, Minnesota. The worker group
includes on-site leased workers from Randstad and Tek Systems,
Inc.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,634B) which
expires on April 13, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
