Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 22, 2017 by the International Association of Machinists &
Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) District Lodge 751 and District Lodge
W24 on behalf of workers of The Boeing Company, Boeing Commercial
Aircraft (BCA), Portland, Oregon.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,903A) which
expires on August 9, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
