Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 8, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Luvo USA, LLC f/k/a Provita Cuisine LLC, a subsidiary of Luvo,
Inc., Schaumburg, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,644), which will
expire April 21, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
