Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 28, 2017, by a company official on behalf of workers of
Caterpillar Inc., Industry Solutions and Component Division,
Houston, Pennsylvania. The workers are engaged in activities
related to the production of mining equipment.
The petitioning worker group is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-92,217), which expires on December 6, 2018.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
