an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 28, 2017 on behalf of workers of Pacific Gas & Electric Co.,
Information Technology Department, including on-site leased
workers from Agile 1, San Francisco, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,741) which expires
on April 10, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
