an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 24, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Pentair Technical Solutions, Houston, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,493) which expires
on December 29, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
