Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 22, 2017, by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Aramark Services, Inc., Aramark Management Services Limited
Partnership, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Aramark
Corporation, including on-site leased workers from Command Center,
Inc., Omaha, Nebraska.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,290) which expires
on May 23, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
