Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 21, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Workers at Wipro, 2 Tower Center Boulevard, East Brunswick, New
Jersey, who are engaged in the supply of "data center services."
The petition asserts that "services are being outsourced to
India" and has resulted in worker separations within the afore-
identified worker group. The petition did not include any
additional information or supporting documents.
During the course of the investigation, the Department
received and confirmed information that there is no "data center
services" workgroup at Wipro, 2 Tower Center Boulevard, East
Brunswick, New Jersey.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid due to a lack of worker group identification.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
