an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 20, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Royal Ingredients, Swedesboro, New Jersey.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,653) which expires
on April 24, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
