Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 16, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Ericsson, Inc., Service Line Support and Repair Division, Region
North America (RNAM) Network Services, Plano, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,198) which expires
on December 20, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
