LEXISNEXIS
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO

Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 14, 2017, by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
LexisNexis, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The petition states that
the workers at 555 Middle Creek parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado
"trained legal editors in legal content" and that "their
positions were outsources to the Republic of the Philippines."
The petitioning worker group is covered by a certification
(TA-W-92,440; LexisNexis, Case Law Operations Division, Colorado
Springs, Colorado) which expires on March 9, 2019. Consequently,
further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and,
therefore, the investigation has been terminated.
Signed at Washington, D.C. this day of May, 2017
