Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 24, 2017 on behalf of Merck Sharp & Dohme Corporation, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc., Merck Research
Laboratories Division, In Vivo and In Vitro Pharmacology
Department, Kenilworth, New Jersey.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,645) which expires
on April 21, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
