Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 7, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Sprint, Customer Service Call Center, Blountville, Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,809A) which
expires on December 30, 2018. The certification for TA-W-91,809 was
amended on February 24, 2017 to include the workers of Sprint,
Blountville, Tennessee (TA-W-91,809A). Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
