Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 27, 2017 by the State of Oklahoma on behalf of workers of
Weatherford, Woodward, Oklahoma. The petition alleges a shift of
production to Mexico and China. The petition did not include
support documents or additional information.
During the course of the investigation, the Department
received information from the petitioner and subject firm.
Information obtained from the subject firm was provided to the
petitioner. The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
