Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 11, 2017 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Saginaw Machine Systems, Inc., Saginaw, Michigan.
The petitioning worker group is identical to the worker group
eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-91,499
(Saginaw Machine Systems, Inc., 800 N. Hamilton Street, Saginaw,
Michigan; certification expires May 6, 2018). Further investigation
in this case would duplicate efforts and serve no purpose;
therefore, the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
