Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on December 20, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf
of workers of Bank Mobile, a Division of Customers Bank, Inc.,
New Haven, Connecticut. Workers at the subject firm are engaged
in activities related to supply of financial aid disbursements
and accounts. The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
