Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 10, 2017 by three workers on behalf of workers of
Customers Bank, New Haven, Connecticut.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,045) which expires
on March 18, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
