Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 9, 2017 by the United Auto Workers (UAW), Local 22 on
behalf of workers of General Motors Subsystems, Detroit,
Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,533) which expires
on March 2, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
