Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 5, 2017 by the United Steelworkers (USW), Local 2-921 on
behalf of workers of Source Providers Company, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Comprehensive Logistics Company, Inc., Lansing,
Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,799) which expires
on October 13, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
