Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on January 3, 2017 by a company official on behalf of
workers of T?R Associates, Inc., Archibald, Pennsylvania.
Workers at the subject firm are engaged in activities related to
supply of procurement, distribution, and wholesaling services
for the oil production industry. The petitioner has requested
that the petition be withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
