Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by
three individuals on January 3, 2017, on behalf of workers of
Crossmark, Plano, Texas. Because not all of the individuals
identified in the petition consented to be named in the petition,
the petition has been deemed invalid. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
