Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 21, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., a subsidiary of Entergy
Corporation, including on-site leased workers from Guidant Group,
Inc., RCM Technologies, Inc., CB&I Stone Construction, Securitas
Critical Infrastructure, and The Atlantic Group, Inc., Vernon,
Vermont. The workers' firm is engaged in the production of
energy (electricity).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,625).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
