an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 16, 2016 by three workers on behalf of workers of Xerox
Corporation, Rosemont, Illinois. The workers supply billing
services.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,320) which expires
on November 11, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
