Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 14, 2016 by the State of New York on behalf of a remote
worker reporting from New York to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ES
ITO Midrange Delivery, Tulsa, Oklahoma (Hewlett Packard).
The Department has determined that the worker group on whose
behalf the State of New York filed the petition is part of a worker
group eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under an
existing certification (TA-W-91,657; expires on May 20, 2018).
Further investigation in this case would serve no purpose; therefore,
the investigation under this petition has been terminated.
