Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 9, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a subsidiary of Spirit AeroSystems
Holdings, Inc., including on-site leased workers from Zero Chaos,
Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-86,048) which expires
on September 15, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
