Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on November 3, 2016 by a state workforce office
on behalf of a worker of Prairie Mountain Publishing, Boulder,
Colorado.
Per 29 CFR 90, a petition may be filed on behalf of a group
of workers and a group is defined as "three or more workers in a
firm or an appropriate subdivision thereof." The petition
states that "1" worker was separated and identifies the worker
as a "Digital Advertising/Graphic Designer HR" worker.
Consequently, the petition is deemed invalid and the
investigation has been terminated.
Signed in Washington, D.C. this 9th day of December 2016.
